Found these pull thru rubber grommets at the hardware store and they work pretty good on the pan seat. No drilling bolts or screws necessary

The local hardware store didn't have anything that would fit, so I made my own. I bought two rubber plugs, sawed them in half with a hacksaw, drilled the through hole, and then drilled a recess for the screw head.
