Trying to get a 1960's case 530 tractor (188 diesel engine) going again after sitting for ~5 years.
The hydraulic pump seems to be providing pretty good pressure. At first bucket would hardly move. Removed the bucket and tried to move up and down, and after that didn't work crack fittings, to "bleed" air out of the cylinders and lines.
After a lot of that now the (smaller) cylinders for the bucket tilt work fine, but the cylinders for the lift don't really move at all when I move the lever on the control valve up or down.
Hydraulic reservoir has full fluid level.
The cylinders themselves aren't frozen solid.
I have the service and owners manuals.
Steps on what/how to troubleshoot, or what to check next would be appreciated
Thank you
