Yes it is, don't think it's factory but I left it on when I restored it.

I'm still working on mind .... being my health put me back ways ...

I'm thinking from research that mind might be 1 of a kind ... different
things about it...

If you clean yours up and take a few pictures .... we would consider
it for the calendar ...

Hour meters were available from the factory late in VA series production.

Yes I do. Dry weight is 4280, one rear fender weights approximately 850lbs. That's a lot for one fender!
