Case 400 injection pump

My grandfather has a case 400 diesel narrow front that he has owned sense it was new. It has sat for 15 years and I am trying to get it started. Cleaned fuel tank cleaned all of the lines and replaced all of the filters. Pull started it and it had good fuel and oil pressure but no fuel to the injectors. I took the pump off and found the head to be stuck causing the pump shaft to break. Does anyone know where I can find a Bosch psb pump? Or can I convert it to a Bosch A series pump off of a case 730 or 830? Thanks!

You can convert it, you need all the parts from the block back including the lines and throttle linkage.

Figure 1 shows the parts you need to convert your 400,s Injection system to a 730/830 in-line pump. If you do not want to do this conversion, I have a Rotary pump from a Case 800. The Rotary is identical to your pump with the exception, the High RPM's are 1800 vs 1500. If interested contact me. Jim

I neglected to mention, the Block on a Case 400 will need to be drilled and tapped to mount the Dual Filter System. And the 400 blocks do not have the two "bosses" cast into it them which are necessary to mount the duel filter system. Only the late A1111 Blocks have these Bosses. However, your can get creative.
