I hope this is the right forum to ask this question on but here goes, I ame building a pulling tractor and using the 451 block out of a 1030 will the sleeves out of a 504 block fit my 451 without machineing the block. I'm just looking for my best option. thanks for any and all help

No, but you can do it if you machine the block with a lot of other switching around. I did a 930 years ago.

Guess I never thought of it as a high hp turbo'd puller. Mine was nonturbo, but spun at 3500 rpm's and held up fine. Guess the only reason to keep the 30 series block would be if the rules require a stock block like they did for me. Otherwise a 504 block will fit on with minor changes.

I'm converting my diesel to alcohol naturally aspirated I'm gonna run stock stroke with 4.625 bore and was hoping to not have to bore a lot on my block just to save on some cost we do have to run factory block

For that you could likely bore the sleeves enough and be ok with the lower compression and running temps.
