Can i reface the surface of the drum? If yes is there a minimum thickness that i have to respect.

Thank you for your help.

Right or wrong, I put ours on a lathe to clean it up. Didn't take much, and I don't think it was enough to weaken it any. Also did the other 2 friction surfaces on a flywheel grinder. Can't say for sure what I did was the right thing to do, but it's still working, brakes don't grab or chatter, and you can skid it to a stop on the road in about 10 feet from 26 mph.

The regulations about drum thickness apply to cars and trucks on the highway and are for safety reasons. I doubt if a drum breaking due to thinness on your 430 would be much of a safety hazard to anyone.

However, a machine shop that machines drum may strictly abide by thickness rules for their own protection against law suits and refuse to machine your drums.
