Seems my original post failed to show up.

Anybody know how much a cart iron case
eagle weighs? The type that were in front
of dealers and about 4 ft tall. Second, any
idea if the trademark has expired?

They are about 5' with the stand, and weigh around 450#. I would not think about producing anything with the "CASE" Eagle on it and selling them. There are lots of guys that sell cut out stuff with plasma cutters at flea markets. I have asked them where the Case Eagles are, and they say they do not dare make them for fear of being sued by Case. They guard their Eagle very carefully!
