VAC Eagle Hitch Question

What size Hex key do I need to remove the nuts holding the Eagle Hitch cylinder top on? I looked in the manual but could not find it. Also, Where can I get a new gasket for it once I put it back on? Any other tips or tricks I should know about while removing this?

I'm taking it off to get in there and clear out any old grease or obstructions since I've never done this before and the EH wont lower by itself anymore.

Thank you.

I just checked my 51 VAC. A 1/2 inch hex head on a bolt fits them.
Any good gasket material should work. Let us know what you find as mine will not go down unless the tractor is off unless you have an implement attached. I would like to see a photo of your carrier if you don't mind.

Pictures for you. It is not an eagle hitch implement so it takes some "coaxing" to get the carry-all to mount.
The pallet is just some old scrap wood I had around.

Thanks, I need to build one of those to throw firewood on when I split it.
Have you cleaned the filter in the torque tube that filters your hydraulic oil.
I am going to do that and see if it helps mine.
