I have a 1971 case 444 garden tractor with a hydrolic drive.
when I push the lever for forward or reverse the tractor lunges.
The front wheels will come off the ground and almost throw you off if you aren't hanging on. there is no slipping into gear. you have to have the throttle at almost an idle to put it into gear and not be jolted and run over something. this doesn't seem like it should be normal'.
I just bought the tractor.
Is there a problem with the valves or something?
