I finally got my 1190 in the shop for a regular service and to make some long over due but minor repairs.
It's been leaking fuel where the fuel line comes out of the tank going to the lift pump. It was plenty tight so I was going to go ahead and just replace the whole line but I can't seem to find anything that will work. The fittings don't match NPT, Flare or Compression fittings, NAPA couldn't come up with anything to help me out and both local CNH dealers (one of which deals mostly with older tractors) deemed the part number obsolete. Does anyone know the specifications for this fuel line: what size, thread, taper, etc are the fittings, or where could I find a whole new line? The end on the lift pump has the flare fitting and an o-ring, but the end on the fuel tank did not have an o-ring. Is there supposed to be an o-ring on each end or is it correct as it is? If there is supposed to be an o-ring on the tank end as well, that would be a simple fix and explain the problem.
Thank you in advance for your help,
