Since the wonderful merger with new Holland....does anyone know if the new hytran and nh's mastertran are now the same fluid but in different color buckets?

This is only a guess, but I would think yes.
Both CIH and NH tractors roll off of the same assembly line in Racine with mostly cosmetic differences. The drive train would be the same. I cannot imagine they would use different fluids.
However, I know that Hytran is a highly protected product with the formulation a highly kept trade secret. Viscosity Oil in Joliet, IL is the manufacturer of Hytran.
