Case 930 project update

So I got the tractor mostly together, before I got it 100% done I figured I would make sure it ran before I got that far. Now the dilemma, you can turn it over by hand, but when I try to use the starter it barely turns over at all, I tried two different starters. Do you guys think both starters are toasted or could there be something more?

could be 2 bad starters ,, could be low batteries ,, could be a poor ground , even a weak connection ,, I have even had a delco single wire alternater raid all the battery power ,,, I could bet others will chime in with more scenarios ,,
get another tractor and pull it ,,, case tractors like to be pulled on their 1st deep sleep resurrection startup .., especially the old letter series gassers

I eliminated the bad ground, bad batterys, and bad alternator, I've unhooked the alternator, and I've jumped it straight from my 2010 f550, with two different sets of jumper cables to eliminate the bad jumper cable scenario, I got a feeling she's going to get a toe start like you said, thanks for the reply!
