1070 Batteries

I bought a 1976 Case 1070. It had some older small batteries in it. Can anyone tell me what the correct batteries it should have in it? Thanks - Bob

Should be 2 group 30 batteries. Most use group 31 post type as they give you more CCAs for the $. Same dimensions except the posts are centered instead of offset.

Thanks a lot. I had a 1000cca battery I was going to stick in just to start it but the post were on the
wrong side, and if I turned it around the posts were end for end and the cables wouldn't work. I'll get the
right ones today. Thanks a lot - Bob
