Random pics of my older 440 and dozer

Since it has been way below freezing here for a week, we haven't been working in the sugar bush.
Sorted out a few pics of my days gone by.
The old camp used to be up on the back ridge of the upper farm. We moved it down to another site closer to the road, when that land was sold. It was on the new location for about 10 years, and then the new tax assessor thought it was worth a lot of money, and it was time to knock it down. It was built from rough basswood lumber we cut and sawed up on the ridge. The pic of the 440 with nose in the air was taken up on the ridge also. The rest were taken at another property across the river where we cleared and stayed at for a few years.

Nice pics Loren, looks like the 310 crawler is a unit you rely on for different jobs. I could sure use one of those for cleaning up the grove, Rod.

You just make me want a 310 more. I also like the picture of the 440 with all the weight on the front and the front wheel still off the ground
