Tractor is completed and COM runs out well. We started with the COM showing low pressure under 1400 rpm and slippage was very obvious when operating and loading it down using the brakes. I believe the multi-clutch was slipping as it pulled the same whether in COM or DD and you could feel the DD catch hold when shifted into that position. 3 things needed attention, the bushing in the output shaft, the ball brgs on output shaft and the piston that locks the multi-clutch. Those items and new seals installed have made this unit operate properly. Have great clutch pressure at a slow idle now and there is no more slipping of ether COM or DD, just the normal torque converter slip. The owner will be grinning from ear to ear when he gets a chance to operate it. I hope it does not take another 20 years for me to get a chance rebuild another one. Rod.
