Update... After going through powershift and checking carefully found 2 problems - mechanic caused. One was missing belville springs in the c2 clutch, other was the bearing with the snapring that positions the planetary was in backwards, The snapring was on the front. moving the planetary ahead - enough I think to cause a clutch plate to drop out of position and cause the dragging - lockup problem. Sooo, When your putting yer powershift together be sure that the bearing is in the right way and that the planetary is meshed with ALL the plates before sewing it up. If anything doesn't turn freely independent of the other parts, try again. Oh, and the other problem was that it used the rear of the planetary for an endthrust which kinda smeared the allen screws and made them very difficult to remove. You learn something new every day. Now we just have a dripping primimg pump to fix.
