VAC, Need a 28 rear rim

Good morning, I'm looking for a 10-28 rim for a 1947 VAC. New or used and of course as economical as can be had when one adds in shipping to Nebraska. Any and all comments/replies appreciated. Jim
 
I have them here in NE Wyoming,,, sorry but I have to pay freight as well when I buy things,,, shipping on a rim should not be bad, I get 150 per rim,, plus shipping

I sure enjoy your posts on here! $150 + freight for used, is that correct? This is for my 91 yr. old uncle we'll see what else comes up but We could be interested. Thanks for your speedy reply. Jim
 
I did a quick search on Ebay and found a new one for less than sixty bucks with only fifteen dollars for shipping. I have nothing to do with the seller, but out of curiosity decided to do some research for you. Here's the link:

Correction: I just noticed that the rim I located on Ebay is not the one you are needing. You can do the same search and hopefully find the one you want. Sorry for the detour.
 
New rear rims with shipping will set you back about $250 so Tom's price looks pretty good!
 
only difference is the new rims don't have a continuous bead rolled in them for the clamps but only 5 bumps.
