case hydraulic couplers?

Did case have more than one size quick coupler over the years? Looks like the 800 couplers are larger than the '54 SC? Does anyone still use the case couplers or do they switch over to standard pioneer couplers? Thanks, Mike
 
There's 70+- Case tractors here. The ones with hyd. all have the original Case couplers. They are all the same size as the first SC-DC couplers. 90 series tractors use pioneer ends and adapters are made to use with the older couplers.
