DC value?

Ran across a Power Lift DC that has obviously been stored inside most of it's life as it is in very good condition. The seller said it runs good but I wasn't there when he drove it outside to park along the road. I know it at least runs as the muffler was still hot. All tires are junk and it needs a battery. I'm not very interested but it seems too good to see go to scrap. He asked $500 and that won't break me but what is it worth? Maybe it ought to be worth that to save it from the scrapyard...

Would help to know the serial number ?
Power lift ? Like the 3 point, Eagle Hitch.
Hand clutch ?
I have good DC, narrow front, with Eagle 3 point. Foot clutch. I plow & drag my garden with it.
I would want at least $1000.

Wasn't interested enough at the time to get the serial number I guess, but now wish I had. Hand clutch. Essentially no tires on it as they are flat, rotted and junk.

Where you located?? For that price I would be interested in a running DC.

It should be worth around $400 for scrap. IMHO $500 is a fair price for it. I hope you get it. Don

EC Indiana. You should assume it has no tires on it.

500$ is a fair price , I bought a case DC4 for 500 this year , mine runs but needs carb work, tires were ok on mine.
