Awsome pics. I especially like combine ones. First time I've seen a Farmhand loader on a LA. Ours was on a Farmall M. I have seen them on a JD D and IH 15-30.

North central south Dakota, one of my uncles still has one of the sc case and my other uncles family has one of the dc tractors. The sc and dc were bought new. I don't know where any of the L or LA's went. The last tractor my grandpa had before he died in 1960 was an 800 case amatic, but no pictures of it. My cousin still lives in the original farmhouse, which has been updated, and farms the land my grandpa farmed.

Got pics of Mom's and Dad's that look similar. Lots of Case machines. Dad had a silo filling run and had a DC and model C case single row cutter. Cut a lot of corn. You still run Case??

My uncle had two of the K's up until a few years ago, he sold them to the local salvage yard along with his two 960's. I think he sold them on big iron .

Have you met my uncle Cap? I guess if you met him you don't forget him do you!!!!!!!! I rented some of his land for quite a few years, large farmer rents it now. He is in some of the pictures I posted. His dad and brothers are the ones in the pictures. Small world isnt' it.

I LOVE the pic of the L with the old JD 65 roundback combine!! I spent many hours as a little kid riding in the grain tank while combining oats. Later I literally learned to drive trying to position our old 52 chevy C50 under that grain auger, with my grandpa standing on the old A JD right in front of you to give a good scolding if you were even the slightest bit out of position. We ran that 65 till 1979 when Dad got a 55 squareback hydro. I have also never seen an LA with an F8 Farmhand on it. Very cool pics!!! thanks for sharing!
