Nope, don't have that one, although I was told the Chevy dealer in Eagle Lake was also the Case dealer in the 50's. Not sure if that is true or not. Thanks for posting! Don

Don, How many dealers do you have in your 'files' now? do you have them sorted by the diff. states? Thanks , clint

Hello Clint,

I have about 1000 dealers. Case bragged in their literature in the early 50's that they had over 4000 dealers, but many of whom probably sold very little. In 1953 Case really lost a lot of small time dealers when they came out with diesel engines and forced the dealers to have diesel repair equipment and facilities. That was the end for most farm based, hardware store, and car dealerships.
I do have a few dealers from the 20's due to the cast screwdrivers that advertise dealers names, but not many. A few more from the 30's, but most are from the 40's onward when it seems advertising took off. That being said, it took me over 10 years of searching to find anything from our local Case dealer. I get the names mostly from Ebay items like thermometers, calendars, salt shakers, etc. and from people on this forum.
I don't have a real good reason why I'm doing this except when I called Case many years ago asking about dealers I got a really nasty reply that they didn't have any info and if they did it wasn't any of my business. DC Tom Graverson encouraged me when he had the build cards as many dealers were listed on them. Don
