Case 580sk Pressuring up the Trany filter

My Case 580sk blew the filter off the torque converter housing. I spun a new one on and in a couple days it blew it off again. Anyone heard of this? That filter is on the return side right?

On the tq housing right in front of the filter base and toward the outside there is a sender and a bigger thin nut. That bore contains a bypass valve, It is right at the filter bore so that's where id check first.

There are hoses there that carry oil away so maybe a look at them also.
