430 utility early vs. late weight

I am looking at a late style 430 utility (post '65) and I notice it has power steering which looks different from the early style. Does anyone have a weight spec for the late utilities? I know the early style 430's were pretty light and just curious if they beefed them up in later years.

The weights are a little less than exact in the operators manuals, but this what I found in a few of the different manuals:

Early 430s (Prior to 8214360)

- 441 Adjustable front axle: Approximately 3412 lbs

- 441 Dual Front Wheels: Approximately 2805 lbs

- 440 Utility 4-Wheel: Approximately 2923 lbs

430 (Serial number 8262800 and after including the 470)

- 430 Series approximate weight: 3500 lbs
- 530 Series approximate weight: 3700 lbs

No doubt they gained a little weight over the years, but the variation between 430s probably has more to do with how they were equipped. For example, power adjust rear rims vs 6-loup rims (or even cast wheels on the early 430s), with and without engine rails. Standard pan seat vs easy ride seat, bare back vs eagle hitch/3-pt and pto, with and without hand clutch, standard vs independent pto, 24' vs 28" rear tires, 12.4, 13.6 or 14.9 rear tires, etc.

Thanks Joe. That 441 and 440 model must be stripped down to no options to be under 3000#. That is really great info!
