case 800 combine?

where you are going to run corn you want the chain drive cylinder speed, as far as fitting,,, I am not sure as it should be the same as a 1000 assembly, but the 1060/1160 had a different style of variable system in how it changes speed and it also has a idler, measure the shaft on the 800 if its the same size it may work I have never tried it, you do not like the chain system?

One of the upgrades from a 1060 to a 1160 was the chain drive cylinder. Needs to be pretty aggressive to thresh corn. My 1665s have double 60 chain drive cylinder. The 1660 has a variable belt drive. This year the corn is very good and am having trouble keeping the speed up as the cylinder belt wants to slip. Good belt and good tension. I would keep the chain drive even though it is a pain to change sprockets to slow down for corn.
