Just wanted to let you know what I found.
Checked the two junction / connections mentioned under the step and the right front panel. No change, no low beam. Double check fuse and it has continuity.
Trying light switch while I was looking under the dash at the fuses and heard relays clicking so I jiggled wires and really worked the switch and now have low beam. I'm not sure but I think the switch was to blame.
