My name is Stephen and I recently joned the forums because I want to restore my 641L. It hasn't ran in a few years due to the fact that a cow ate the wiring :cry: but now I want to get it running and do a resto mod on it. So I was wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram for it? Any help is appreciated.

I also have pictures but can't upload them because I have a new account?? So does anybody know who I need to contact to fix the problem?

Let me know if you would rather I email you a pdf if you are not able to save this image.

You have a 630 series tractor with a spark ignition engine and row crop configuration with low speed gearing.

Case built some "intelligence" into the model numbers back in those days.......

[b:b8b2a51d49]The first number indicates the model: [/b:b8b2a51d49]

4 = 430
5 = 530
6 = 630

[b:b8b2a51d49]The second number is the engine:[/b:b8b2a51d49]

3 = Diesel
4 = Spark Ignition (could be gas or LP)

[b:b8b2a51d49]The third number is the configuration:[/b:b8b2a51d49]

0 = Standard (non adjustable front and rear axles, etc)
1 = Row Crop (adjustable rear axles, etc)
2 = Western Special (630 only)
4 = This was only on the 630 series. I think it was an orchard, but don't know for sure. There were only 100 made and I've never seen one.
5 = LCK (Low Clearance King)

[b:b8b2a51d49]Trailing C and/or H or L[/b:b8b2a51d49] (no trailing letter indicates standard gearing and dry clutch)

C = Case-o-matic (torque converter drive)
H = High Gearing
L = Low Gearing

I'm now able to post pictures so here's what it looks like

Can you widen the front axle? Does the inside pull out fromt the main tube?

I want to widen it to get the tires away from the tie rods so I can run a bigger v tread tire. I want to go for this look.

So I have 13.9-36 tires on the back and would like to go a bit wider so what size would you guys suggest going to?

Reviving this from the dead. I still have the case 641 and haven t done a single thing to it. I feel like there s no better time to start on it than now considering what s going on in the world. I need to start ordering a bunch of parts for it including a carburetor. It has zenith on it and according to some searching around a new one runs about $320. Are there any other options? Of course I have a tractor with one of the most expensive carburetor compared to others with a $100 carburetor lol! Im is also going to rewire it as a cow ate all the wiring out of it and that s the reason we stoped using it. I ll throw in new plugs and clean the gas tank out as well. I m also planning on re-painting it and adding a 4020 style roll bar to it with a vinyl canopy like the chip foose 4020. Planning on using it just as an extra little farm tractor to rake hay, harrow fields and probably get an 8 -10 finish mower for it. Can t wait to actually get started on this project.

Try to clean the carb before spending money on a new one. Carb cleaner is cheaper and this site may a kit for it
