tk 1200 fuel problems

recently put a new injection pump on my tk. timed it how it should be and have had it running twice now. has mostly been idling and every now and then will boasting the rpms to about 2500 to full throttle for a couple mins. after about 15 to 20 mins of running it seems to just start running out of fuel and eventually it dies even when its at full throttle. lines dont seem to be plugged at so any ideas would help alot! thanks

Sounds a lot like algea in the fuel. At least plugged filters or sump.

if you bleed it good at all three filters and it still does this I would look at the transfer pump on the injection pump, seen them fail and cause this
