2470 valve setting

what is a easy way to set the valves on a 2470 case tractor? the timing marks on the front pulley are hardly readable.I have not set valves for quite some time, I know you can set several at one position.
 
The easiest way is to have someone else do it, but other than
that it's this. The marks are there sometimes you need to look
a little harder.
