number for customer service at case/ih

was given a number to contact rich at case/ih to get a build card for my case tractor..it prompts me to another number since he has retired..however I have called several times and gotten a voicemail..left messages only to get no call back or response..has anyone else run into this issue and is there another way to get a build card?..thanks for the info

I tried this and already reply that she worked on it.
Give tractor type and serial nr on plate .

thanks I just got off the fone with case corporate and they sent me to the Wisconsin historical society who referred me to the archive section and they gave me an email addy of [email protected] so I sent them one... we will see what comes of that and ill send the same info off to the email you gave also..thanks again
