I posted this on the DB Tractor Club Forum and will try here as well. We removed the 66L Case loader from our Case (David Brown) 1410 last week to have access to do a radiator repair. Not having much experience with farm machinery, we removed it the "hard way" ..... no need to go into detail other than we used some chains with a skid steer, etc. The side mounting rails are still on the tractor, we sort of slid the loader off forwards (clumsy and awkward) but it did work. Someone told me there is a way to do this using the tractor's hydraulics that's almost bulletproof ..... like remove two pivot pins and "back out" from the loader and then later when you want the loader on, "drive on" and put the pins back in. Meanwhile, I'm trying to guess what happens in between. Man, I'd like to see a video of this operation or a good explanation of how to do it.
