Case/Unimog

we were a AG/Light Utility dealer and we could sell them, a plain AG dealer could not sell them, even the Uni-Loaders had a separate contract if they was just a AG dealer
cnt

We were Ag only. Bro is correct that an Ag dealer needed a seperate contract for Uni-Loaders. We got a "light utility" contract which allowed us to sell 4/530 CKs, Uni-Loaders, and Davis Satbacks and trenchers.
The Uni-Mogs were built by M-B, Germany. They were part of the Case Construction contract.

There was one sitting at a repair shop in town a few weeks back. Sure looked like fun, just don't know what I would do with it. Like a bigger version of all these little toy JD gator things everyone is racing around..

Back in the 70's I remember the Unimog was the Official Snow Removal Vehicle for one of the Winter Olympics, Rod.

I guess my stupid is showing. Did they use these Case/Unimog for tractors. The second listing claims the owner pulled a 22ft chisel plow and the guy claims he has a 3PT. A 22ft chisel plow is a load. So just how strong are these things and did they need to be licensed for road use?

Basically they are just like a four wheel drive tractor. We have six of them, some have three point hitches on both ends and pto shafts, three way tilting beds, some have up to twenty four gears, remote outlets on both ends, hundred and fifty horse engine.

NYS bought a mess of Unimogs some years back. They were used at least at Gore Mt Ski Area in North Creek, not sure if they are still there.

Truly amazing machines widely used in Germany and have a huge variety of attachments...

They certainly look useful, versatile, must have made a fair amount of them, not your everyday
"Case" find ! LOL!
