400 coolant leak

Hi all,
Coolant is seeping down the side of the block, coming from between the heads. The book says it has the 251 engine and uses gasoline. SN 8065907
Where would be a source for just the head and rocker cover gaskets?

I got mine from local napa store it was a had set that included intake, exhaust, water manifold, and some other gaskets needed to do the job

Just curious are you sure the coolant is coming out of the head gaskets? There is a frost plug/welch plug on each end of the head that can leak as well. When I tore into mine a few years ago I found a sickle section and a lot of silicone sealant wedged between the heads in an attempt to stop one of the frost plugs from leaking.

No, I am NOT sure it isnt coming out of a welch plug. I didnt
know that there were frost plugs on the ends of the heads. I"ll
remove the hood and have a good look. Thanks much for
mentioning that!

hi, I am with Adirondack case guy on this one. Get good quality gaskets or you will be doing it again.
