By the looks of it with spoked rears, it is probably a 1943. War year didn't have much rubber for farm tractors. I bought one identical to it a few years ago and finally got a full set of steel wheels. More interesting is the DC-4. I don't think that is the full serial number either.
 
The rear steel sits in front of it, the front steel is inside until sale day. Thanks..
 
They aren't mine, but a local farmer bought them new here in town. The old farmer has passed on and his son is selling on auction saturday. Neither are stuck, but they haven't tried to start them.
