The wifey and I got married. We're going to the local county fair today with some lifelong friends. The fair has been a tradition for us, for 45 years. It sure is nice to just visit there for a day now.
We and many great friends farmers/customers gathered there for a week and had a great time. When we first started going, there were no camper facilities. The farm kids slept with their animals, and we camped out of our service van and a tent for the kids rite in the back of our display lot.
Looking back, we and our kids made a lot of great friends, which we still enjoy when we can. Today will be one of those days to meet and talk about the good old days, HeHe.
Today is tractor pulling all day, and NAPTA pull tonight.

Congratulations, we have over 41 years but I can't remember what life was like the 25 years before that. Seems like being married to my wife is the norm and from your posts it seems like that for you too.

Those are the best kind of memories to have. Everyone needs to slow down and reflect where we have come from as well as through. That is so much better than worrying about the things we can not change, as well as worrying about the future, as worry will shorten our future. Enjoy life like you and the Missus, and things will be better in the end, when you do it with the one you love.

Congrats to the "mrs." for all those years of love and understand'en. My "relationship" of 43 yrs. (married) ta "mrs. mac" it's great to know there are others that feel the same about there "mrs" as we do. Loran my best to you and the "wifey" for many years of rides in the woods and pick'en beans together. God Bless
 
Loren congrats we have 42 this year not to bad a life, what fair were you going to we are headed today to Walworth County Fair in Elkhorn WI also been a family tradition.
