Help on replacing brakes on 830 please

Trying to replace brakes on the 830 and can't get the drum off the right side because the floor won't allow the pedal to move over as the drum is coming off. I don't want to take the floor off so what is the procedure? Anybody know? Thanks for any help.

The drum has a slot in it under the boot. Line the rod up to go out that slot and the drum falls off.
