Here are pics of the 300. The guy had a set of decals for it because at one time he was going to restore it. The farmer had owned it for 30+ years. He overhauled it, put all bearings in the transmission and rearend, and re-sealed the hyd pump. The little tractor runs great. The lights all work and he had both of the side panels. The dash is the worst part about it. What is there that can be done with a junk dash?

My main reason for finding something smaller is that it is easier for my wife to drive pulling a manure spreader, plus I dont have to fire up a big horse just to do a small job like a side delivery rake, or pulling a hay trailer, or the like. I think I am going to like it, but Ill just have to see how much use I can get out of it.

Years ago Roger Hornbaker did dash cluster work for my 310B backhoe.... Super happy with him
Figure out if it's a Stewart Warner or Autolite dash and hopefully you can still find him at:

Your tractor apears to be a strait 4spd, no triple range or live pto. It is just like mine, sn#6079106. They are a great little tractor, even in the 4spd configuration.
You have a great looking tracctor there. Mine was missing the grill and side panels, so I decided to improvise and make my owm.

Actually Loren, it does have tbe triple range transmission and a lever on the left side that takes the clutch out of gear to make a sort of live pto I would guess. Also, the old gentleman had the original manual to go with it. I need to read up on it.

The side shields are original but always hung in the shed so they are a different color. I may leave them off, or maybe paint tbe whole tractor, but at least I have them. They seem to be a little unhandy to install and take off, for sure.

She looks great. My wife has one and loves it. Took me several years to Talk the guy I got mine from to sale. Very handy tractor.

You might try contacting Ron Stoner in Scotts Mills, Oregon. He was getting the Dashes restored somewhere. Zane
