I have both. They are set up pretty much the same way. 800 is tired, and they robbed the Eagle Hitch off of it before I got it. It has 15.5-38s loaded.
The 830 has 3 point 16.9-34s, I think. 2 sets of weights. Both are COM.
I am pretty sure the 830 has more ponies, but I think the 800 will pull more on the draw bar. Both sets of rear tires are in about the same shape.
Just my thoughts.
Another thing, I have the draw bar raised as high as I can get it on the 800.
