DC Price question

I have a DC Case, foot clutch eagle hitch that I would like to sell . The tractor runs good is complete and has good front tires; backs are usable. I have done some work on it like new manifold gaskets; rebuilt hyd spool on rear, gone through brakes , new oil in engine and trans, plus an few other small things, My question is what may be a " Fair" price ? I'm not out to gouge anyone but don't want to cheat myself either. any help thanks

It's been a couple years since I've seen a Dc sell. I went to a local farm auction that had seven DC's five had EH. Only one was a foot clutch. One brought $1500.00 One didn't run it was $400 and the others were $800-1000.
