Case 441 problems

Hello,
I have a Case 441 with a G148B that is giving me
fits. When the engine is cold it runs fine, but
when it gets warmed up it starts stalling out and dying. Here is what has been done.

New points, condenser, rotor, dis cap, new autolite 3116 plugs gapped to .025, rebuilt
Marvel Scherber carb. ( from Allstate tractor )
, water pump checked, and radiator has been rebuilt.

The fuel tank and lines have been drained and fresh non-ethanol fuel is in the tank.

What would you suggest that we look at next? This is starting to drive me to some serious hair
pulling, and I would like to keep what hair I have

Check the pin the float pivots on; it may be bent and not allowing the float to function properly. I had a CC with that problem and it did just what you describe.

My 2 will do that if I tighten the gas cap they are the new style ones. They don't seem to be vented enough or something. It will act like it runs out of gas

Dave I agree with Tom , change the coil to the correct one. Had the same thing happen on the VAC and when my dad had a 611B. Jerry from Ohio
