Iowa Plowing Association State Plowing Match

I was going to post this on Tractor Talk but I'll
start here since I'm a Case fan.

The Iowa Plowing Association is looking for a
location to have their state plowing match this
year. This isn't a plow day but an event where
each competitor gets their own plot and is judged
on their ability to plow the soil.

If anyone in Iowa would like to allow us to use
their land for the matches please shoot me an
email and I will get you in touch with the
Associations President.
Also shoot me an email or reply to this post if
anyone has any questions about this.

Interesting.. I'm not in Iowa, but how are the competitions judged?

Here is a very general overview of them:
You are judged on the straightness and depth of your furrows as well as how well the soil is turned over and how few (if any) weeds are still visible. There is also a time limit to the matches.
There are several different classes that can be plowed in. Each of these classes have their own rules.
The classes are:

Antique Plow
Small Plow
Reversible (Rollover) Plow
Open Class
