DC-3 ?

Was the DC with adjustable wide front a DC-3 or 4? Question was posed on TT. I thought the DC-3 included the narrow front and adjustable wide front, and the DC-4 was the solid or non adjustable wide front.

yes as stated a "DC" could have a single,tri-cycle or wide adjustable front axle, I have the build card on mine with the adjustable front card shows it as a "DC-3" a "DC-4" always had a non adjustable wide front
