I filled my bin to the top last night (shoveling in a Hot grainery is not my fav job), the elevator in town is all but full and I have another load to cut, they think they can take what I have left!! a few pics from yesterday, the one hearder shot you can kinda see the way the Oats got blown down, this field was a real pain to cut but am glad its done, I also hate having a tail wind when cutting Oats!!

not a huge market for it here, I could sell much more than I do but it is worth more to me in the ground as fertilizer than I get for it.

Those old Dodges where nice trucks to work on and drive.A company that I pulled wrenches for had several single axle tractors in both gas and diesel form. The diesels where triple nickle cummaparts and as they died they where replaced with 413's,talk about lighting up the drive tires. We didn't have any with screamers(DD) or big block Cummins that could be a plta to do engine work on,but you could do a clutch re&re on in a shift.

There is nothing like that "done harvesting" feeling. The roller coaster ride that mother nature sends us on through out the year is always interesting. I always enjoy your pictures as your part of the country is so different from NWMO. Thanks for posting.

Another crop she took off. Amazing, as so many farmers today just dont think their 1 or 2 year old machine will get through it.

Great pics and post Tom. Nice talking yesterday
