Early 1070 Gold Demo the 3pt. hitch lever would not affect 3pt. Took top off console. Tractor would raise 3pt. when it was started. When shut off the 3pt. settles. Found cable was broke where it came through the floor. Slid batteries ahead halfway, removed floor plate in cab ahead of seat, tires are in on 30" rows dang it, and could barely get cotter pin out of pin going into valve on top of transmission. If I unhook it, I can move the valve in and out. However I can not get in to undo 2 nuts above transmission housing. Can I pull seat up and out to get to or do I need to lift cab up or remove fuel tank? Don't know what the problem is why it settles when motor is shut off but I guess that is another problem to tackle. It will pick up the shredder easily when I start it now but can't get it to go down without fixing cable or shutting off tractor besides the fact that Titan Machinery wants $125 for new cable.

Elmers Repair has them a lot cheaper. Maybe Saeli Imp. also.

Take the seat out, then remove plate the seat sits on. That will get you there
