CC Carburetor

I replaced the carburetor on my 1937 CC3 with a rebuilt one from Branson's. Everything seemed good; the tractor would start and run good for a few minutes. Then it would lug down and die. If I let it set 10 or 15 minutes, the same thing would happen. Tuesday morning one of my friends took the carburetor of and opened it up. After fiddling with it for about an hour he determined that the float was not working properly. Closer examination showed that the pin holding the float was bent; he straightened that and now the old girl purrs like a kitten.

Hey old friend, you doing ok? If carb needs more than I am equiped for it's sent to Moted Engeering in Tipton Ind. Good prices and always totaly rebuilt.
