i have a late 830 wide front. It came with truck tires 235/75R15 on it. One of the rims is rusted out and ruining the tube. There are 2 options for 15" rims according to the parts book. one that takes a 7.50-15 or the other that takes a 9.5-15 or 11-15. Which rim do I need?

The recommended rim width for a LT235/75R15 tire is a 6.5 inch rim, 6.0 to 8.0 wide rims are acceptable for road use. Tire manufactures list their rim recommendations in their tire specifications.

235mm divided by 25.4mm/inch = 9.25 inch wide tire.

Your old rim should have the rim size stamped somewhere on it, or you can measure the width between the beads.

Your old rim if original may have part # stamped on it. My guess would be you have the narrower one on your tractor. 235 width tire would be stretched out pretty wide if on the wider 8" rim .The narrower one should be about 6" wide.

Honestly for general use I'd just go to the tire store and get a pair of 11L-15 4 ribs on new rims and start fresh. 11L-15's go on 8" rims
