I'm looking at a 1494 Looks good, runs good, the problem is the clutch won't release when you first start it. You can get it into High High only, drive it a few yards then every thing is fine until next time. Any ideas as to what the problem can be? Thanks in advance.
 
Powershift or syncro?

Does it work right if you pump the clutch a couple times before starting it? Could just need the master cylinder rebuilt.
