On the CaseOMatic Comfort King 830 Diesel it has 2 6 volt batteries hooked in series to make 12 volts. Is this simply for the added starting power or are the gauges & such 6 volt?
I have access to a 12volt 8D battery at work at cost which puts out more than the 2 6 volts and was wondering what all would have to be changed over to be able to use it.
My tractor has been sitting for several years simply because when mom got the farm she wanted to sell it but couldn't start it and I wasn't gonna start it for her to sell. Now that she has given it to me I need to get it running to get some work done around the farm.
Thanks in advance for any help yall can provide.
