880 db pump

I have cleaned the filters and changed the oil but it's still a little milky. I don't know how to get all the oil out of it?

Okay guy, I'm serious here- what are you asking? If you're asking why the hydraulics are running slow after warming up and you've changed the filter and fluid, then it's either dirt in the workings or, more likely, a worn pump. Usually dirt in the system will result in no lift at all because it's holding a valve open. If you're asking about the "milky" oil and how to get ALL the moisture out, short of a complete flush with cleaning fluid (diesel) I don't know of a way. Usually you get a little bit of "milk" in the fluid no matter what and it doesn't make much difference if any. There's fluid in all the passages and sumps and you aren't going to get every last drop of it out.
