Case 430 Front End Loader Hydraulics Issue

I have a mid 1960's Case 430 with a front end loader. The speed of the loader gets slower the longer the tractor is in use until it finally becomes nearly immobile. I noticed that if I shut the tractor off and immediately restart it then everything works fine again for about ten minutes before it slows back down. Any ideas what might cause this?

I am betting on a bad pump. Does yours drive off of the crankshaft? If so, I ordered mine from Bailey Hydraulics. Think it cost somewhere around 100 bucks.

Do you have a location or contact info for Bailey Hydraulics? I've a 310B backhoe with an extremely noisy front pump. It works fine but it can't last at the rate it's going.......
