Pennfield tractor show?

Im about 1-1/2 hrs away & thinking of attending the Pennfield , il. Tractor show...Any thoughts/advice? Hope there are a few vendors. ( Anyone out of state attending Hands free cellphone while driving) Thanks in advance, john
 
Certainly will. A FARMALL Collector and I will be attending from Central Alabama. I have 5 CASES and a MM Model BF (to keep it from going for scrap) and he has 12 FARMALLS, including a early 1920's Titan, 11 are 1940 and older, with a 48 Cub. I was there two years ago, and enjoyed it so much I am going back. We will be there on Friday.

It is a very nice show we"ve attended the show every year for
about the past 6 years and some before then. My father and I
will be there helping sell tickets on a 1951 farmall m that they
restored. We"re from charleston IL about an hour south of
Penfield.
 
I would like to say hi to yt members. I"m leaving Friday around 5:30pm and hope to get to friends camper by 10:00pm. Maybe I will see you all Saturday, I will be wearing my red American Thresherman shirt. Hope to see you around.
 
I have been wanting to go to the Penfield show now for several years, but usually something interferes. I do go to the Rantoul one every two years.
Question: is the Penfield one best seen via and with the help of a ATV/gator etc. like it is at Rantoul, or can one walk it. I figure it is not as spread out as the air force base. Advise me here. Just planning ahead. thanks in advance
 
I enjoyed walking. There were golf carts to rent. There where quite a few tractors. Was a nice time
